Olympic lifting

All classes are led by coaches with a MINIMUM of a USAW L1 or CrossFit L1 certification. Most are multi-level, multi-modality certified.

We dedicate two class sessions per week exclusively to the complexities of Olympic lifts. These sessions prioritize the necessary time for mobility work and movement prep to properly prime the body for the demands of Olympic lifting. You'll work through skills, drills, and ultimately, the execution of the lifts.

While lighter load, higher volume Olympic lifts may be incorporated into the metabolic conditioning of our Strength & Conditioning sessions, these Olympic Lifting classes focus on perfecting technique with the goal of safely and effectively building strength and power through lower-rep, heavier-load sets.
