STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

All classes are led by coaches with a MINIMUM of a USAW L1 or CrossFit L1 certification. Most coaches are multi-level and multi-modality certified.

Our Strength & Conditioning program follows 15-week training cycles, incorporating benchmark testing and deload weeks. Each session in our four-day-a-week program features a core lift(s), accessory exercises, and a metabolic conditioning component to create a balanced mix of strength, stability, muscular endurance, and anaerobic capacity for well-rounded human performance.

PROGRAM

  • MONDAY

    Glutes & Quads

    > Targets lower body strength in the glutes and quads

    > Build lean muscle mass with accessory exercises

    >Full-body metabolic conditioning to improve anaerobic capacity

    > 60 minutes

  • tuesday

    Chest & Back

    > Develops strength in the upper body with push/pull core lifts

    > Build lean muscle mass with accessory exercises

    > Full-body metabolic conditioning to improve anaerobic capacity

    > 60 minutes

  • wednesday

    Shoulders & Arms

    > Core lifts focus on shoulder strength and stability

    > Build lean muscle mass with accessory exercises

    > Full-body metabolic conditioning to improve anaerobic capacity

    > 60 minutes

  • FRIDAY

    Glutes & Hams

    > Emphasis on strengthening the entire posterior chain

    > Build lean muscle mass with accessory exercises

    > Full-body metabolic conditioning to improve anaerobic capacity

    > 60 minutes
