WE OFFER TWO DISTINCT PROGRAMS BASED ON AGE AND KINESTHETIC DEVELOPMENT APPROPRIATENESS. DEVELOPED AND COACHED BY A CERTIFIED YOUTH EXERCISE SPECIALIST & FORMER COLLEGIATE ATHLETE.
The Youth Athlete Training Program serves as a foundation for young athletes, ages 8-11 years old.
The Junior Athlete Development Program is a structured 12-week progressive program targeted at athlete development for ages 12-15 years old.
Both programs focus on developing proper movement patterns while incorporating age- and ability-appropriate loading, along with training in muscular endurance, explosiveness, and agility to prepare athletes for any sport.
Sessions are tailored to the specific age groups to ensure that athletes share similar levels of physical and emotional maturity, fostering a positive and productive learning environment. This approach allows for personalized attention and guidance for each athlete as they progress in their strength and skill development.
Our goal is to assist athletes in excelling within their chosen sports while encouraging lifelong fitness habits, building mental resilience, and instilling proper gym etiquette.

Ages 8-11: Two Day/Week Program
This program aims to help younger athletes develop a love for movement, teamwork, and healthy competition. Athletes will learn lifelong health and fitness behaviors while having fun in a two-day per week drop in (no commitment) program.
> Body weight fundamentals
> High emphasis on cardiovascular training
> Introduction to TRX, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Sleds, Ski Erg, Rower, Echo Bike and more
Program Highlights
Establishing a healthy athletic foundation through body awareness, gross motor skills, introduction to body weight exercises, resistance training, speed, agility, strength and power.

Ages 12-15: Four Day/Week Progressive Program
This program is a mix of developing proper movement patterns under load, muscular endurance, explosiveness, and agility with the goal of promoting player longevity and injury prevention.
This program asks for a 12-week commitment and includes initial and final assessments to showcase measurable training results.
> Incorporates the 5 movement patterns (Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, Rotational)
> Includes accessory movements in all 3 planes of motion for comprehensive strength and injury prevention
> Stand alone speed & agility training session
